Stayed here for Easter and had a great time! Loved the comfortable and modern rooms, the friendly and helpful staff, and the yummy breakfast. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to restaurants and convenience stores. the pick-up and drop-off service provided by the hotel was very convenient for our travels.
The view from our room wasn't very appealing, but it didn't affect our overall experience. the only other issue we had was the lack of outlets in the room, so it was a little challenging to charge all of our devices at once.

Had an okay breakfast and comfy bed. Location was good being near the station and shops. Enjoyed the rooftop view.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. the staff provides a warm and helpful service, with one receptionist even going the extra mile to locate guests who were lost. the spacious and bright guest rooms have high ceilings and big windows, providing a comfortable stay.
The carpet in the guest rooms looks dated and old, making it hard to feel clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet street just behind the train station. The staff here are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and given a room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was spacious, with a high ceiling and big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The atmosphere was bright and inviting, and the comfortable seating area provided a nice place to relax.
We had a slight issue with the view from our room on the second floor, but the staff did their best to accommodate us and find a solution. this place exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to our friends.

The staff are lovely, caring and attentive. Room upgrade, spacious, and well-equipped. Quiet and free pick-up service. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Good location for Alishan Forest Railway.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time in this city. They even provided a complimentary upgrade to my room and assisted me with transportation to the train station. The location was convenient, with just a short walk to the train station. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities, including a delicious breakfast.
